Thank you, everyone, for supporting our program on Cornell Giving Day and for your support every day! We would not be where we are without you. You make it possible for us to have such wonderful facilitators like this week’s lovely Humans of IDP, co-facilitators Dylan Van Duyne ’18 and Mary Melati ’18!

Co-Facilitators Dylan ’18 and Melanie ’18

Why IDP?

Dylan: IDP has changed my Cornell experience and my life as a whole. I find myself better able to communicate across difference in professional settings, in academic settings, and even in my personal relationships.

Mary: IDP has truly deepened my self-awareness and understanding of social justice. The skills I learned through IDP have allowed me to process and connect with other people’s lived experiences, overall enriching my relationships in Cornell and beyond.

What is your favorite thing about your co-facilitator?

Dylan: My favorite thing about Mary is her smile. Simply looking at Mary always brightens my day!

Mary: I feel so lucky to be co-facilitators with Dylan because his passion for social justice is so infectious!
