For this week’s #HumansofIDP, we’re featuring IDP alum Dylan Van Duyne ‘18. Dylan was a three time facilitator with IDP, and now works as a 10th grade Spanish teacher at Roxbury Prep High School in Massachusetts. Here’s what Dylan has to say about how IDP has impacted him since graduating:
How has IDP impacted the work you are doing now?
Dylan:
“IDP inspired me to pursue a career in urban education. One specific example is that I founded a course called PRISM that focuses on social justice and the LGBTQ community. I even had the opportunity to bring my students in this course to Cornell in April of 2019 to do a workshop with IDP!”
