How

Through the ongoing process of critical dialogue, IDP strives to transform the entire Cornell community. IDP collaborates with many departments, programs, and student organizations to develop and deliver offerings ranging from three-hour-long introductory experiences to intensive semester-long courses. In these intimate, peer-facilitated sessions, participants explore topics of human connection, social identity development, intergroup communication, and strategic change.
